Ask the Expert plugin for WordPress is a tool to support communication between experts and users. A user can post a question directly to experts on a specific topic. The first export to pick the question can answer it. The user can choose also to post it to the public as a general question. Experts can manage their communication with the users from a dedicated dashboard showing them all new questions and also questions they are currently managing.
